What sizes do you carry?
We specialise exclusively in plus-size fashion to celebrate your curves! Our collections typically range from UK sizes 16-32 across all our stylish pieces including day dresses, jeans, skirts and t-shirts.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our charts for the perfect fit. Remember our fabrics are designed to flatter your shape!
Are your jeans true to size?
Our plus-size jeans (including high-waisted and skinny styles) are designed with stretch for comfort while maintaining their shape. Most customers find they fit true to size, but do check the specific product’s size chart as some styles may vary slightly.

How do I create an account?
Simply click “Register” at the top of our website and enter your details. Having an account lets you track orders, save favourites, and makes checkout faster for your next confidence-boosting purchase!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your fashion finds to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best if your order hasn’t yet entered the packing process.

Delivery Information

What are my delivery options?
We offer two fabulous options:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch with tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch (tracking available).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We want you to love every piece! You may return unworn, undamaged items with tags attached within 15 days of receipt for a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Sale items are final sale.
How do I return an item?
Email [email protected] with your order number and item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
