That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your plus-size fashion finds.

Our Returns Promise

We celebrate your right to feel confident and comfortable in your clothes. If an item doesn’t make you feel as gorgeous as you deserve, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included where possible

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Plus Size T-Shirts (due to close-to-skin contact)
  • Any items where hygiene tags have been removed

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your return authorization email) using a tracked shipping method.
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless returning a faulty item).

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item/size
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item
  4. If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  5. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
